Ok, well maybe a quick one. When I think of St. Patrick’s Day, I often think of the movie Leprechaun (1993). Actually, I think of a young Jen Aniston, looking hot as hell, sporting a pump action shotgun! OH the vapors, the vapors!! Ok, so go drink some green beer. Y’know I certainly will.

Bret Michaels – Alrosa Villa, Columbus Ohio 3/14/08
Went to this one on a last minute impulse, as a favor for my wife the week of her birthday. The things we do for love, eh? It was a soldout show but we still managed to get tickets thankfully – even though it was Michael’s birthday & despite the massive popularity of his show Rock [...]
The Past & Future of Ozzfest
I’ve been to 10 Ozzfest’s – basically every one that was an actual touring show & not a 2 day event like the first one was back in 1996. The rumor is that for 2008 Ozzy is returning to the single destination, 2 day format – reportedly in Dallas. There are also rumors of Black Sabbath headlining [...]
“Mary Ann” Busted For Mary Jane
Great article on Yahoo regarding Dawn Wells (Mary Ann from “Gilligan’s Island”) getting caught with marijuana. You can read the article (and see the awesome “act like you’re straight, act like you’re straight” mugshot) HERE. Hey, if I had that damn song stuck in MY HEAD, I might have to burn one too!

Stocking Up For the Winter Storm
Like many other parts of the midwest, we’re in the midst of getting 6-12 inches of snow in the next 24 hours. I left my job early due to the fact that my work can be done just as easily from home, and to avoid the heavy traffic that will inevitably be stuck on the [...]
Gary Gygax, Co-creator of Dungeons & Dragons, has Died.
Not trying to be all morbid here as this is the second obituary I’ve posted in two days, but according to CNN.com, Gary Gygax – the co-creator and figurehead behind Dungeons & Dragons – has died at the age of 69. The exact cause isn’t given although Gygax’s health had been failing for several years [...]
A Sad Day for Guitar Fans
Yahoo is reporting that Grammy nominated guitarist Jeff Healey has died at age 41, from a lifelong battle with cancer which had left him blind since age 1. Best known for his 1988 album “See the Light” which included the hit ‘Angel Eyes’, Healey was an amazing guitarist and vocalist – truly an inspirational musician who [...]
