MSN.com – Interesting article at the link about an unnamed Egyptian singer who’s concert in Kuwait was ended early by government officials when a female fan jumped up on stage & kissed him. The Horror, The Horror!! Bet the fan got some serious beatdown for her efforts too.

All I can say is that Kuwait would shit itself if 99% of the bands I listen to ever played there. Which is why they won’t. Ever.

Heck, Cradle of Filth would be impaled as heretics before finishing a single song.  Maybe even BEFORE a song, if the officials got a good look at the concert tee’s they’re selling (like the “Dead Girls Don’t Say No” shirt of a few years back.  Still a fave!).

Anyhow, this is one of those stories that makes me appreciate the good ole’ US a little more.
